I have never read a self-help so clear and easy to understand. Our mind is truly our own best worst enemy. I did not know, I had some of these problems until you opened my mind. We can control our lives with proper introspection and help. We must recognize
we need help and ask for it. Thank you for your book.

While I’ve only been acquainted with Dreunna for a few months, in that short time she has proven to be a force of positivity. As someone who is quite familiar with suicidal ideations, reading Dreunna’s transparent account was an eye opener. Currently, I am singing her same refrain of survival, I am choosing life, even while it seems life is not choosing me (para). I also love the fact that Dreunna discusses the importance of mental health therapy. One point she made that is not discussed enough, is the process of selecting a therapist. She herself met with six therapists before she had a client/therapist connection. Six! I have a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, so I know paying for initial sessions and completing Intake documents that are usually pages long, for six therapists no less, took commitment to her tomorrow. And thankfully she did because today, Dreunna is moving full speed ahead in her divine purpose. She learned to walk again, and so can you!
